Standard Express: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FED-EX or  FED-EX EXPRESS.

Guaranteed Express: Southern Outdoor will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days after your order is received. Orders placed before 1 PM Central Time (Monday through Friday) will ship the next business day. Guaranteed!!! Southern Outdoor Sports will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.

Overnight Air Express: Your in-stock orders placed before 11:30 AM Central Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

To qualify as “returnable,” the item must be in original, unopened package with proof of purchase. If no receipt is available, the goods will be marked at lowest possible sale price and returned as store credit. To initiate a return please send us an e-mail at support@southernoutdoorsports.com

  • Clearance and customized items are non-refundable.
  • We honor a 15 day guarantee lasting 15 calendar days from the day your delivery is confirmed. After 15 days, all repair or warranty issues must be taken up with the manufacturer.
    • Proof of purchase is necessary.
    • We will contact you when we receive your e-mail.

We will pay return shipping if any goods arrive damaged or defective if notification is sent via email within 5 calendar days.

  • If customer error requires a reshipment, due to invalid address or similar faults of the customer, customer will be required to pay resulting shipping fees.
  • Returns that “aren’t returned” or said to be shipped but never received by our store will not receive any RE-service.
  • Unless it is Southern Outdoors’ fault, items said to be “never received” & “confirmed delivered” will not warrant a reship/return/or refund…
  • We do charge a %20 restocking fee for specialty order items returned or abandoned.
